Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a single store. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A leadership training program spanning three or more weeks will prepare you for success.

You must have a high school diploma and Serve Safe certification, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
