Job summary

Team Car Care is hiring a Manager in Training in Oceanside, CA. This full-time role leads Teammates, coaches on-the-job and computer-based training, and upholds attendance, safety, and uniform standards to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and drive for profit and loss centers.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and across the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's finances including sales, inventory controls, and cash handling with P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs and coverage.
• Lead guest service excellence and resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure building and equipment are well maintained.
