Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and aligned with standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
• Train staff to meet customer service, site image and marketing standards.
• Ensure timely and effective internal communication with all employees.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; oversee reports and merchandising.
