Job summary

You will assist with daily operations, analyze reports, participate in hiring and training, and build interpersonal and leadership skills under experienced managers.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, customer service, and goal attainment while supporting the General Manager to reach gross profit

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees daily operations and staff schedules.
• Ensures monetary deposits are made regularly and reports are submitted per policy.
• Maintains store standards in housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service.
• Holds regular meetings with General Manager and staff to ensure plans are executed.
• Addresses customer needs and resolves issues to foster positive relationships.
• Performs spot inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keeps the store clean and inviting at all times.
• Supports the General Manager in achieving Gross Profit Margin, Net Margin and Sales targets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
