Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda Express store. You will recruit, supervise, and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences while achieving financial targets.

The position includes a comprehensive 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success and ongoing development within the company’s leadership track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training before or during start.
