Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial goals while ensuring outstanding guest service.

A three or more week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. You will work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and support a 3+ week store leadership training program.
