The role supports development through coaching, flexible scheduling, and a path to advancement within a mission-driven retail environment. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour for full-time work.

Qualifications

• Structured 12-week MIT program preparing for Store Manager role.
• Hands-on experience in store operations, leadership, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff; support recruitment and training.
• Learn scheduling, payroll review, and employee relations practices.
• Provide coaching and support to team members and program participants.
• Learn donation intake, product sorting, pricing and merchandising.
• Assist with meeting production and sales goals and store appearance.
