Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program, receive mentorship, and develop in a supportive Panda community that cares about your success.

You’ll hire, coach, and direct team members to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with opportunities to grow into management roles as you complete ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be willing to relocate up to 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and training to team members to ensure store success.
• Support ongoing store leadership training and development to prepare for future management roles.
