Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of a Panda Express store in California. You will hire, train, and lead team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Provide leadership training and development during the store leadership program.
