• 3+ years of retail management experience (automotive experience a plus).
• Experience driving results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.

• Willing to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances: sales, inventory, cash controls, and P&L accountability.
