Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training and merchandising coaching.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate HQ.
• Help your store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
