Successful candidates will have 3+ years retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-energy team

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 3 years in retail management or supervisory role.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise preferred; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and lead others.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and performing routine store duties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training and coaching.
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement direction from corporate headquarters for operations and merchandising.
• Help the store reach its maximum profit contribution and protect assets.
• Maintain high level of customer service and create a positive environment.
