Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead a team and learn profitable store operations. You’ll focus on merchandising, placement, and signage while building a welcoming atmosphere for customers and associates.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, oversee daily activities, and implement corporate merchandising direction to maximize profit while ensuring compliance and safety across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines/variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
