Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications for a Store Manager are:
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment usage as listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer to analyze reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service while following guidelines.
• Conduct training on safety and non-discriminatory management practices.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
