Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, including reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per Company guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Execute non-discriminatory management, training, counseling, and motivation.
