Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager coordination.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Trains and develops store personnel to reach maximum potential.
• Maintains safe working environment and proper ergonomics.
