Team Car Care in Jacksonville Beach, FL is looking for a Manager in Training to lead store operations, oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and drive store success. The role offers opportunities for career advancement and participation in company-wide rewards programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and drive results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and all levels within the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building and grounds are well maintained.
