Team Car Care in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Manager in Training. You will lead store teammates, train staff, supervise day-to-day operations and ensure policies on attendance, safety and uniform standards are followed. You may attend or lead store safety and policy meetings and drive continuous store improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and all levels of the organization.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, and store-level marketing with full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
