Team Car Care in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and develop store teammates while ensuring smooth operation and strong guest service. This role offers growth opportunities, training oversight, and a path to store leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience a plus.
• Must have proven ability to drive sales and manage a profit and loss center.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop teammates.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory controls, and cash handling; oversee local marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting, interviewing and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage.
• Set example in guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds.
