TCC in Stanwood, WA is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and develop our store team, oversee training programs, and uphold store policies. You will manage operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support safety and standards in daily duties.

This role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay of $21.00–$23.50 per hour, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k) match, bonuses, and daily pay options, with uniforms provided and PTO after 180 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and accountable for a profit and loss center.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials through sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Build a winning team with recruitment and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate schedules to meet business needs.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolution of guest issues.
