Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead operations at our Wexford, PA location. You will participate in on-the-job training to manage merchandising, signage, displays, and overall store performance while upholding company policies and a customer-first culture.

You will recruit and coach associates, oversee daily activities, and ensure compliance, safety, and profitability. A dynamic, high-energy environment with growth opportunities awaits in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and frequent movement.
