You will participate in on-the-job training to manage store operations, supervise associates, hire staff, uphold safety and policy compliance, and work toward profit goals with a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster growth through training on operations and merchandising while coaching when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; uphold safety standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; protect company assets.
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store.
