Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in California to enroll in a structured, full-time program. You will complete training under the Store Manager or District Manager and learn to manage daily store operations while maintaining a courteous environment for customers and staff.

The role includes on-the-job training, potential for a 90-day performance-based increase, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to advance to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team and help them advance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Able to stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, up to 30 minutes.
• Occasional pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds with a hand-truck.
• Comfortable in small spaces at times.

Responsibilities

• Complete the training program under supervision to learn store management.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the store.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• All MITs receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
