Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Retail or management experience encouraged.
• Ability to train and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Help learn and advance to Store Manager within the market area.
• Hire, train and supervise employees.
• Perform cash handling, safety, merchandising and related duties.
• Relieve Store Manager in their absence and run the store when needed.
