You will manage merchandising, placement, and signage to create an inviting shopping experience, recruiting and coaching associates to deliver excellent service. The role requires handling openings/closings, enforcing policies, and driving store profitability while maintaining assets and a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
• Protect company assets and maintain a positive, safe environment.
