You will engage in on-the-job training to learn how to manage profitable operations by maintaining merchandising, placement, and signage and using display techniques to invite customers into the store. Your role includes recruiting and hiring associates, coaching them through operations and merchandising, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while delivering strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending.
