You’ll manage openings/closings, enforce policies, and drive performance toward profit goals while ensuring a safe, positive team environment. This position includes a quarterly bonus upon meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training and coaching.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement merchandising directions from corporate headquarters.
• Help store reach maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store.
