Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Easton, PA. You’ll learn to manage store operations, merchandising, and signage while maintaining an inviting environment for customers and associates.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, oversee daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and drive profitability. The role offers exposure to corporate guidelines and a path to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent lifting and movement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.
• Help the store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
