United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join as a full-time employee. You will complete a structured training program under supervision and learn to manage daily store operations, while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Occasional ladder climbing for store materials or signage.
• Be comfortable in small spaces at times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising daily store operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for team members.
• Ensure a courteous environment for customers and staff in line with company policies.
• Support Store Manager in directing store activities and staffing.
