Qualifications

• Experience with profit/loss, scheduling, shrink control, payroll management, staffing, and counseling is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive outstanding sales results through effective sales techniques.
• Build the store team and promote customer loyalty through world class service.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members, customers, and vendors.
• Lead execution of Petsense standards across store operations including merchandising, inventory, pricing, and loss prevention.
