Tractor Supply Company’s Petsense by Tractor Supply in Middlesboro, KY is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the core duties of a Store Manager, from driving sales to building a strong team and delivering world-class customer service.

You will develop skills in scheduling, payroll, merchandising, budgeting, and animal-care safety while preparing for a future Store Manager role. This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; reading, writing and counting skills.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Learn how to hire, staff, schedule, and develop Team Members and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive store sales and merchandising initiatives while protecting assets and reducing shrink.
• Grow the grooming business and ensure pets in care are safe.
