Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Mooresville, NC. You will engage in on-the-job training to learn how to manage store operations, merchandising, and signage to create an inviting atmosphere for customers and associates alike.

You will recruit and develop store teams, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive profitability while maintaining high customer service and safe, respectful interactions. A quarterly bonus is possible upon meeting performance goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.
• Help your store reach its maximum profit contribution.
