Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred
• Strong productivity management in freight processing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Lift 30–50 lbs and frequent physical activity required

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers
• Coach and develop associates through training on operations and merchandising
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations
