Dollar Tree is looking for a Store Manager in Training to lead and manage your assigned store through engaging training. You will be involved in recruiting and hiring associates, supervising all store activities, ensuring compliance with store policies, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience and strong productivity management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 to 50 lbs.
