Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Blue Ridge, GA. You will participate in on-job training to learn how to manage profitable store operations, merchandising, and customer service, preparing you to lead a team.

You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a safe, friendly store environment. A strong emphasis on communication and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet related physical requirements.
