Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Coach and develop associates in operations and merchandising.
• Oversee daily store operations and delegation of duties.
