You will recruit and develop associates, mentor teams, delegate daily tasks, and ensure compliant, safe operations with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
