Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is looking for a Manager in Training II to lead store teammates and drive performance. You’ll coach on-the-job training, manage attendance and safety standards, and participate in policy meetings to support smooth store operations.

In this role you’ll oversee training, scheduling, and guest satisfaction while upholding standards. The position offers growth, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication across all levels.
• Willing to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruitment and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and handle guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
