Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, lead and develop team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week store leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. Our team excels through hands-on training, ongoing leadership development, and a strong focus on community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
