Signet Jewelers’ Jared division seeks a Store Manager in Waiting (JC5) in Freehold, NJ, for up to six months to build foundational leadership skills and product knowledge through the Signet Selling System.

The role is designed to groom future retail leaders; top performers may transition into leadership roles with compensation adjustments, while others move into traditional Jewelry Consultant tracks based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
