Signet Jewelers’ Jared program is designed for external new hires to rotate as a General Manager in Waiting for up to 6 months in a store, with potential move into a leadership position or a Jewelry Consultant level based on performance and business needs during the 180‑day introduction.

• Previous leadership or management experience required.

• Participants may be placed at Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications and needs.
