Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain supervision experience.
• Lead customer service improvements and coaching for staff.
• Analyze inventory trends and manage assets to protect store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with laws and SOPs across store operations.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
