Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program in Port Charlotte, FL. The role is a structured learning path to gain full store operations expertise across front-end and pharmacy, under Store Manager guidance.

You will complete rotations, attend training sessions, and work toward required certifications and licensure while tracking performance with district leadership. The program emphasizes leadership, customer service, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or a HS diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to develop readiness for Store Manager role and obtain licensure as required.
• Lead customer service improvements and coach teammates to exceed expectations.
• Monitor operations, inventory, and pricing while adhering to SOPs.
• Participate in performance planning and development conversations with the leadership team.
• Support community events and internal communications as part of the learning path.
