• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• Preferred: PTCB certification; prior manager experience in retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations under Store Manager guidance, overseeing front-end and pharmacy areas.
• Shadow the Store Manager to learn opening/closing, staffing, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans to improve sales and reduce loss.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and applicable laws across store operations.
• Participate in trainings, rotations, and one-on-one coaching for professional growth.
