Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to mentor you through full store operations, including front-end and pharmacy responsibilities, under the Store Manager's direction.

The program includes classroom, online and on-the-job training, rotations across area stores, and ongoing development conversations with the Store Manager, District Manager, Director of Pharmacy and Retail operations to ensure readiness for a permanent assignment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Interest in retail management and customer service.
• Pursuit of ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to relocate within the hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing procedures and staffing.
• Support customer experience through coaching and issue resolution.
• Contribute to loss prevention, inventory, and merchandising tasks.
• Participate in development plans and rotations across area stores.
