This full-time program combines customer service, sales exposure, and team management, providing the fast-paced training needed to advance within our growing automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Candidates with hands-on management potential and drive to lead teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivering results for customers, teammates and the company.
• Ensure customers are greeted courteously and receive high level service.
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and by phone.
• Advise customers on service needs and update them on vehicle progress.
• Provide customers with a positive experience.
