Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into key leadership roles within our fast-paced automotive service stores. The program combines hands-on store operations, sales experience, and leadership development to prepare you for store and company leadership.

As a trainee you will learn every aspect of the store, from customer service and scheduling to coordinating technicians, maintaining high service standards, and achieving growth goals.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation with hands-on management skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with customers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
• Responsible for ensuring customers are greeted courteously and receive high level service
• Scheduling service appointments and answering questions in person and on the telephone
• Consulting customers on their service needs and keeping them updated on progress
• Providing the customer with a positive experience
• Ensuring company standards are met, maintained, and exceeded
• Involvement in every aspect of the store operation
• Communicating accurately to teammates and technicians to establish time commitments
• Ability to step in when necessary to take on additional duties
