Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Automotive retail: prior experience in automotive retail or analyzing company financials is a plus.
• Flexible schedule: full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and develop a high-performing store team through hands-on training.
• Oversee daily store operations and adherence to AutoZone policies and processes.
• Manage staffing, mentoring, and training to ensure excellent customer service.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
