Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily store operations.
• Provide WOW customer service and resolve issues proactively.
• Assist with staffing, training, and development of teammates.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and store merchandising.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Complete management skills training and learn key store processes.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain structured training.
• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to drive performance.
