GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) for a full-time hourly supervisory role. You will be groomed to manage your own store, drive for results, and lead a sales team while delivering excellent customer service.

You will learn operations, product management, and team leadership under a store or district manager, with emphasis on applying GNC's Live Well philosophy to every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to meet sales and productivity goals while coaching staff.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
